Reducing our carbon footprint
All food waste from the juice bar is composted, and we provide biodegradable and reclyclable plastic bags and cups, and reusable containers whenever possible.
Caring about our community
We recognize our responsibility to be active participants in our local community. Five percent of yearly profits will be donated to a variety of community and non-profit organizations. Please visit our website for more information on our community involvements.

La Forêt sponsors Dr. Pema Dorjèe and his Tibetan associates to present a lecture on Tibetan Medicine in Wakefield, and offer medical consultations to the public. With your help, we raised $2000 which will go towards opening a Tibetan elderly home as well as an orphanage
